The following minimum requirements are material for shortlisted candidates to be selected for interview:

– A Westerner (35 to 45) MUST have at least 3 years working experience in China,

– MUST HAVE proven experience managing directly Chinese team,

– MANDATORY experience in Pharma, Healthcare or Medical industry (Medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceutical) in China,

– Familiar with China regulatory environment,

– Experience to set up Joint Venture, including negotiation with Chinese JV partners, experience to set up and lead sales and marketing organization would be a real plus,

– Organizer, communicator, fast to act and react, ability to work as an entrepreneur, in a fast growing middle size company culture,

– Fluent English, ideally fluent Spanish.

– Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin would be a plus.

Requirement: we need to recruit 4 people (SME’s / Subject Matter Experts)

Qualification: ME/M Tech/BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Aeronautical (Structures)

Function: Technical Manager – Aero structure design

Location: Shanghai, CHINA

Years of Experience: 20+ years

Pre –Requisites:

1. Bachelors or Master’s Engineering Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical (Master’s preferable)

2. At least 20+ years of solid proven experience in designing Aero Structural parts

3. Very good knowledge of design loads and stress hand calculations for aero structures

4. Very good knowledge on Aerospace industry standard and design procedures

5. Very good knowledge on Materials used for aero structural applications, heat treatment and surface treating process

6. Very good knowledge on weight reduction design methodologies for structures

7. Good knowledge in various aero structural manufacturing processes like sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, Chemical milling, etc.,

8. Good Knowledge on relevant certification requirements (conforming to FAA, EASA, etc.,) for aero structures

9. Good knowledge in composite (Design / Manufacturing).

10. Knowledge about Change Management process

11. Knowledge about Configuration Control process

12. Knowledge on CAD software tools like CATIA V5, CATIA V4 , etc.,

13. Knowledge of PLM tools like VPM, TCE in conjunction with the CAD tool.

The following minimum requirements are material for shortlisted candidates to be selected for interview:

– A westerner located in Asia since at least 3 to 4 years, OR a bi-cultural Asian; must be highly business minded,

– Around 10 years experience, ideally started in Audit and followed by financial controlling in medium size business or small subsidiary of a large group with high autonomy,

– Experience of (local and group) reporting process, and supervision of remote accounting teams, with multi locations,

– Post merger experience would be a plus,

– MBA-type Education, Fluent English. French speaking or Mandarin would be a plus

– Good interpersonal and communication skills; convincing, high values, loyal and straightforward.

– Will be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
