EMC-ACROPOLIS is delighted to be retained to search for a FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR.

The following minimum requirements are material for shortlisted candidates to be selected for interview:

- A westerner located in Asia since at least 3 to 4 years, OR a bi-cultural Asian; must be highly business minded,

- Around 10 years experience, ideally started in Audit and followed by financial controlling in medium size business or small subsidiary of a large group with high autonomy,

- Experience of (local and group) reporting process, and supervision of remote accounting teams, with multi locations,

- Post merger experience would be a plus,

- MBA-type Education, Fluent English. French speaking or Mandarin would be a plus

- Good interpersonal and communication skills; convincing, high values, loyal and straightforward.

- Will be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
