EMC-ACROPOLIS is delighted to be retained to search for a CHINA COUNTRY MANAGER.

The following minimum requirements are material for shortlisted candidates to be selected for interview:

- A Westerner (35 to 45) MUST have at least 3 years working experience in China,

- MUST HAVE proven experience managing directly Chinese team,

- MANDATORY experience in Pharma, Healthcare or Medical industry (Medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceutical) in China,

- Familiar with China regulatory environment,

- Experience to set up Joint Venture, including negotiation with Chinese JV partners, experience to set up and lead sales and marketing organization would be a real plus,

- Organizer, communicator, fast to act and react, ability to work as an entrepreneur, in a fast growing middle size company culture,

- Fluent English, ideally fluent Spanish.

- Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin would be a plus.
